5. Hosting Fees*
Every Cloud LGS website has a fixed monthly hosting fee. Hosting fees are subject to change. Cloud LGS may change hosting fee without notice. Existing client hosting fees are good for the life of current plan user has enrolled with. Should user wish to upgrade or downgrade rate plan at anytime, new hosting fee will reflect current rate plans offered by Cloud LGS at time of change.
6. LGS Resellers*
Cloud LGS resellers are classified as 1099 contractors. Anybody may become a Cloud LGS reseller. There are no forced background checks, employment verifications, or references contacted. Cloud LGS reserves the right to permanently block any user suspected of fraudulent or dishonest behavior of any sort. Cloud LGS is not required to provide notification or explanation for suspensions or permanent deletions. Cloud LGS reserves the right to prevent any type of activity between it’s platform and users. Cloud LGS resellers have the right to negotiate their preferred price points. Pricing is subject to user’s own interpretation of their effort required to service or support other users. Cloud LGS does not police or enforce financial agreements amongst resellers or users. Resellers and users may use Cloud LGS as a payment gateway. Cloud LGS payment gateway fees are subject to change. Cloud LGS is not responsible for fraudulent charges. Cloud LGS redeems the right to pursue any user who abuses payment gateway privileges to the full extent of the law.

Renewals will occur automatically unless user cancels Cloud LGS by email within 10 days of next payment date. Monthly rate plans are good for the life of current plan user has enrolled with. Plan will continue to auto-renew at sign-up rate for life of activity with Cloud LGS platform. Should user wish to upgrade or downgrade rate plan at anytime, rate plan options will reflect current rate plans offered by Cloud LGS at time of change.
17. Trial Periods*
Trial periods may cancel at anytime. Trial periods have no fixed rates. Trial periods are free. Length of trial periods are subject to change. Cloud LGS may change length of trial period without notice.
18. Using Cloud LGS Templates*
Cloud LGS offers a suite of business templates. Cloud LGS does not police or manage intended use of available business templates. Templates are available solely to be used as a point of reference. Cloud LGS templates were created to help users conduct business in a professional manner. Cloud LGS is not liable for outcome of use of these templates. Cloud LGS business templates include sample versions of invoices, estimates, miscellaneous forms & proposals. It is solely the responsibility of user to police, manage, and authorize use of these templates.
19. User Activity*
Cloud LGS does not police or manage individual user activity. Cloud LGS reserves the right to review or enter any portion of Cloud LGS network without notice.
20. Cloud LGS Support*
Cloud LGS is solely an Internet platform. Cloud LGS does not deem itself an expert in any specific areas of business. Cloud LGS Support is provided on its own best effort. Cloud LGS is not responsible for the success or failures of its users. Cloud LGS does not provide legal support or council for users. Cloud LGS acts on it’s own best right to defend the integrity of the Cloud LGS platform.
21. Cloud LGS Liability*
Cloud LGS has no legal liabilities or obligation to users. Cloud LGS owns rights to choose which functions or features are implemented or removed. Cloud LGS welcomes all users to choose how Cloud LGS can best support their needs. Users hold no right to force or dictate Cloud LGS how to operate. Cloud LGS may choose at any time which new user suggested features are implemented. Cloud LGS is not required to meet any specific timed deadlines. Cloud LGS no way what-so-ever is financially obligated to users for their suggestions.
22. Ownership of Content*
Cloud LGS does not have the ability to determine the actual owner of content created and/or uploaded to any website. Cloud LGS is not liable or responsible for any content uploaded by any users. Cloud LGS does not manage or police any content provided by its users.
All users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account and content. All users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account and any other actions taken in connection with their website. Users must immediately notify Cloud LGS via email of any unauthorized uses of account or any other breaches of security. Cloud LGS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will Cloud LGS be liable, in any way, for any acts or omissions by any Cloud LGS user or other third party, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
24. BETA Test Warning*
Please note that the Cloud LGS platform is currently in its BETA version and undergoing BETA testing. You understand and agree that the platform may still contain software bugs, suffer disruptions and not operate as intended or designated. Your use of the platform at this stage signifies your understanding of and agreement to participate in Cloud LGS BETA testing.

Users and / or customers leveraging Cloud LGS for fulfillment release Cloud LGS of any financial hardship they may occur for promises made and / or agreed upon among themselves (users, marketing agencies, independent contractors and businesses). Cloud LGS maintains neutrality should conflict or disagreement arise by users leveraging Cloud LGS fulfillment services.
27. Billing Disputes*
Billing Disputes can be resolved through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone call (480-907-0630). All phone calls are recorded to demonstrate proof of action. It is the payee’s responsibility to notify Cloud LGS of billing dispute. Description of billing dispute must be provided as accurately as possible.
